Happy Music Monday everyone! To celebrate, today I learned a little bit about playing the cello from Kathleen Dollard and her son Peter. I love the sound of a cello, and being able to play one was lots of fun. I’d love to get an electric cello and run the signal through a delay. I’m so used to fret-based stringed instruments though that the fingering was difficult, but I don’t think I did too bad. I also played my guitar a bit and listened to Lindsay Mac, Apocalyptica, and Flutebox Lee and Beardyman at Google London.
This evening I spoke at the Northern Colorado .NET Users Group on practical TDD with Visual Studio. Once again it was a great and engaged group and a few of us went out afterwards.
Tomorrow I will be speaking at the New Mexico .NET User Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
